Naqsh-e-Nau is an International Annual Urdu Journal published by Dept. of Urdu of the College (since 2008)

Guidelines for publication in Naqsh-e-Nau (Urdu)

Annual Urdu Journal, Dept. of Urdu, Hamidia Girls’ Degree College, Prayagraj

• Journal of Research Naqsh-e-Nau (Urdu) is published annually between the months of November to March every year.
• Paper for publication will be selected by editorial team on quality basis and will be reviewed by peer members of the journal before publication.
• Papers will be accepted only in inpage 3.0.5 file in Noori Nastaleeq font.
• Received on email id of the journal.
• Scanned or hard copy will not be accepted in any case. Submit papers as e-mail attachments in inpage file in Noori Nastaleeq Font.
• Authors are not allowed to submit their research paper to any other journal if once submitted to Naqsh-e-Nau (Urdu) till the time he receives any rejection.
• Papers of the new authors will be preferred for each issue. However, if any paper has been marked as extraordinary work or very notable by the reviewer, that will be considered even if the paper of same author was published in last issue.
• Papers of the Journal of Naqsh-e-Nau (Urdu) under editor’s choice will be selected after the considerations and comments of the reviewers and may be supposed remarkable.
• Papers, not written/ composed as per the guidelines for authors given at Naqshe-e-Nau (Urdu) website page https//hgdc.ac.in will not be entertained for further process.
• Any despute regarding Naqsh-e-Nau will be resolved by legal process in Prayagraj.
• Authors should ensure that they have written entirely original paper, and if the authors have used the works of others, this must be appropriately cited or quoted to avoid plagiarism.
• The responsibility for any statement in the paper will rest with the author(s).
• If a paper is returned to the authors for revision, it must be re-submitted within 20 days of its receipt.
• Authors must ensure that only original papers that have not appeared elsewhere and which are not currently submitted elsewhere are submitted.
• No fees will becharged for publication of the research paper in the journal.
