Procedure of Online Admission of those students who have successfully cleared UGAT 2020

The successful candidates of UGAT – 2020 who are opting for online admission in B.A. & B.Com. must visit College website – www.hgdc.ac.in and follow the instructions given below –

Step 1 Applicants have to visit the admission portal – https://www.hgdc.ac.in/admissions/

Step 2 Thereafter enter Application no. & Mobile no.

Step 3 On the Form, you will get a button as shown below.
Click on this button to get the Admission Form.

Step 4 On the Admission Form – Enter aggregate of marks and division in High School, Intermediate or Equivalent Exam. Upload Marksheets and certificates of examinations passed.

Step 5 Check your subject combination and code allotted by the Admission Committee.

Step 6 Submit your fee online as per the subjects you have offered

With Practical Subjects (Geo & Pai)	1,340/-
With Vocational Subjects (OFF & CAS)	4,100/-
With Geo, OFF / CAS	4,340/-
B.Com. (Self-Financed)	12,000/-

Step 7 Admission Card cum Fee Receipt will be shown. You may Print the same.

Classes through online/offline/blended mode shall begin from

1^st November, 2020 as per UGC Notification dated 22^nd September, 2020.

यू .जी .ए . टी. २०२० में जिन छात्राओं ने सफलता प्राप्त की है और बी . ए .एवं बी .कॉम में ऑनलाइन माध्यम से प्रवेश लेना चाहती हैं ,वे निम्न निर्देशों का पालन करें :-

चरण १ ;- महाविद्यालय के प्रवेश पोर्टल https://www.hgdc.ac.in/admissions/ पर जाएँ

चरण २ आवेदन पत्र संख्या और मोबाईल नंबर डालें |

चरण ३ छात्राओं द्वारा भरा गया फ़ार्म दिखाई देगा |यहाँ हाई स्कूल ,इंटर मीडिएट अथवा समकक्ष परीक्षा का प्राप्तांक और श्रेणी भरें |

चरण ४ उत्तीर्ण परीक्षाओं की अंक तालिका एवं प्रमाणपत्र अपलोड करें|

चरण ५ प्रवेश समिति द्वारा आवंटित किये गए विषयों एवं कोड चेक करें |

चरण ६ अपने विषयों के अनुसार ऑनलाइन फीस जमा करें |

बी ए	वार्षिक शुल्क
प्रयोगात्मक विषयों के न होने पर	१,१०० /-
प्रयोगात्मक विषयों (भूगोल एवं चित्रकला) के साथ	1,३४०/-
वोकेशनल विषय (OFF, CAS) के साथ	४,१००/-
भूगोल या चित्रकला OFF/CAS के साथ	४,३४०/-
बी. कॉम. (स्ववित्तपोषित)	१२,०००/-

चरण ७ फीस रसीद कम प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर लें |
यू. जी. सी. के आदेश दिनांक २२, सितम्बर, २०२० के अनुसार कक्षाएं ऑनलाइन/ऑफलाइन/ मिले-जुले रूप में दिनांक ०१, नवम्बर, २०२० से प्रारंभ होंगी |

Admission Helpdesk

In case of emergency when an applicant is unable to access the process of online admission she may contact the Admission Helpdesk at the College from 5^th October, 2020. Desirous candidates can take the admission forms from the College between 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. She may be admitted on the basis of availability of seats.
