“Conference on the theme “Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Business Development” Hamidia Girls Degree College, a constituent Minority P.G. College of the University of Allahabad, has organized a four-day conference from 8th February to 15th February 2025. The conference, focusing on the theme “*Entrepreneurship* and Sustainable Business Development,*” is being hosted by the Department of Fashion Design and Embroidery,Department of Software Technology, and Department of Commerce.
The event is designed to explore the intersection of entrepreneurship, sustainability, andbusiness growth in today’s rapidly changing market environment. It will delve into howbusinesses can be developed with a strong focus on environmental, economic, and social sustainability.
Today’s Session ( 8th February 2025) featured two distinguished speakers who brought unique perspectives to the conference. They likely shared their insights on key topics related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability in business practices. These speakers expressed her views how businesses can create lasting impact by integrating sustainable models, adopting ethical practices, and leveraging technology to enhance productivity and market reach.
The conference will continue for the next few days, providing a platform for knowledge exchange, discussions, and networking for students, and faculty in the field of business and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar*, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication at the J.K. Institute of Applied Physics and Technology, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, delivered an insightful lecture on the topic of “*Artificial Intelligence Applications in Real Life.”*
In this lecture, Dr. Kumar discussed the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various industries and everyday applications. His presentation have touched on how AI is integrated into daily life and revolutionizing sectors such as healthcare, finance, education, transportation, and communication.
Dr. Kumar also highlighted practical examples of AI, such as self-driving cars, virtual assistants like Siri or Alexa, AI in medical diagnosis (such as detecting diseases using AI-driven imaging), and AI algorithms in social media platforms for personalized content. He expressed his opinion on the impact of AI in automating tasks, improving decision-making processes, and enhancing user experience.

Dr. Sudhakar Singh*, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication at the J.K. Institute of Applied Physics and Technology, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, delivered an engaging and insightful lecture titled “*The Impact of ICT on Entrepreneurship and Start-ups.”
In his lecture, Dr. Singh expressed the significant role that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays in the development and success of entrepreneurship and start-up ventures. He focused on how ICT tools and technologies have transformed the way entrepreneurs operate, manage their businesses, and interact with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Dr. Singh discussed various aspects of ICT, such as digital marketing, cloud computing, data analytics, and the use of mobile technologies, which help start-ups streamline operations, reduce costs, and expand their reach. *Prof.Naseha Usmani, Principal *Hamidia Girls Degree College gave the welcome address. He said that by adopting entrepreneurship, girl students will not only become job creators but will also contribute to the progress of the country and achieve financial stability.
Prof. Nasreen Begum, Convener, while inaugurating the conference said that entrepreneurship promotes economic growth, employment generation, and innovation.
