The one-week CUET Examination Preparation Workshop organized by Hamidia Girls’ Degree College concluded with an engaging valedictory session, marked by the enthusiastic participation of around 50 students. The workshop was started under the guidance of Principal Prof. Naseha Usmani, who motivated students to work hard in order to be successful.
The programme commenced with Prof. Erum Farid Usmani, Chairperson, Admission Committee, welcoming the guests. Dr. Gulshan Akhtar, Coordinator of the CUET Workshop, appreciated the dedication of the students and the efforts of the organizing team. Dr. Shabana Aziz, Member, Admission Committee, was also present.

Chief guests Mr. Mohammad Talha Hanfi, Director, Fugentex Solution Pvt. Ltd., and Er. Farid-ul Haq, Head, Corporate Strategy & Assurance, delivered insightful addresses and offered valuable career guidance. Mr. Talha Hanfi announced free preparatory classes for CUET, NEET, one-day examinations, and UPSC, along with internship opportunities for students of Software Technology. He also conducted an interactive counseling and questionnaire session, addressing students’ queries and guiding them on career planning and examination strategies.
An interview session for B.Voc. final-year students was organized as part of the programme to facilitate placement opportunities. Faculty members, including Dr. Tabassum Nigar, Assistant Professor, Department of Medieval History, Mrs. Tazeen Fatima, Miss Roqaiya Ansari, and Miss Tasleem from B.Voc. (Software Technology), were also present on the occasion.
The workshop concluded on a highly positive and motivating note, equipping students with greater confidence, clarity, and direction for their academic and professional pursuits. The programme ended with the National Anthem.
